The restaurants, alehouses, wine bars, breweries, and wineries in downtown Livermore are run by people who chose this town. They live here. They hire locals. They sponsor little league teams and donate to school auctions. They are the reason downtown feels like downtown.

They also operate on margins that get tighter every year. Rent goes up. Suppliers raise prices. Staffing is harder than it has ever been. A slow Tuesday hurts. A slow month is a problem.

HOW IT WORKS

Five Pours a month. One at each of your five spots.

Pick what you like to drink -- we call that your Circle. Each drink you order is a Pour, redeemed right in the app when you walk in.

WEEKNIGHTS ARE THE POINT

Use your Pours during each spot’s operating hours, any time Sunday through Thursday, or before 4 PM on Friday and Saturday. The calm hours when a bartender can actually treat you like a regular.

YOUR MONTH, YOUR PACE

Your founding membership starts the day you activate. Each membership month, a fresh set of Pours arrives. They reset monthly and do not carry forward. If something comes up, the Pause feature in the app lets you take a break.

STANDARD MENU, NO FINE PRINT

Pours redeem on standard menu items. Premium, top-shelf, vintage, and specialty selections sit outside the program, but they are always available at regular menu pricing.

MULTI-CIRCLE MEMBERS GET MORE

Each Circle you add brings its own five Pours a month. Two Circles equals ten Pours. Three Circles equals fifteen Pours. One refundable $49 deposit covers you whether you join one Circle or all three.

THE COASTER PASSPORT

36 collectible coasters. One commissioned piece of Livermore.

Every coaster in the set is a piece of a larger picture. Pick them up one visit at a time at the spots you already go, and by the end of the year all 36 fit together into a single commissioned artwork of Livermore, created by a Livermore artist from the turbines on the ridge, Lake Del Valle, the vineyards, Lizzie Fountain, and the Wine Trolley. Three new designs drop each month, so the picture builds a little more with every Pour you redeem.

THE INTRODUCTION

Four times a year, we add a Pour to your account so you can bring someone new into the Collective. It never comes out of your own five. Their first Pour is on us.

BIRTHDAY POUR

During your birthday month, a sixth Pour lands in your account. An extra one, on us.

THE ANNUAL CELEBRATION

Founding Members close out the first year at DPC’s first Annual celebration, the founding class’ first proper night together.

THE MAKER’S TABLE

In the weeks after we open, we begin introducing you to a new Livermore maker each quarter, a local craftsperson or small producer, with something of theirs waiting for you at a partner venue. Another way your membership keeps you connected to the people who make this city what it is.

THE SOCIAL POUR

Once a month, we gather members for an evening at a different Tri-Valley winery, brewery, or restaurant. It is a good chance to meet other members outside your usual spots.

THE FOUNDING OFFER

Founding Members shape the first chapter of DPC.

The founding class opens at 200 Founding Memberships for Livermore. It locks you in as one of the original members, with five years of price protection and ongoing recognition. Reserve before we open on August 1. The founding class closes at the end of the launch month, sooner if the spots fill. Everyone who joins after pays the standard rate without the founding benefits. Join the way that suits you: pay for the year up front and get two months free, or spread it across monthly payments. Either way you get every founding benefit, and your rate is locked for five years.

$49 DEPOSIT HOLDS YOUR SPOT

Refundable until launch. At activation, your first payment is billed — the full year if you chose annual, or your first month if you chose monthly (see pricing in the next section). Your $49 converts to your Welcome Kit at that moment.

After year five, you continue at the then-current member rate with your founding recognition retained for life.

When you confirm your Founding Membership, you receive the Founding Welcome Kit: a set of rocks glasses, each etched with a map of downtown Livermore on one side and the Downtown Pour Collective mark on the other, presented in a latched wooden keepsake box bearing the DPC seal. Your $49 deposit holds your founding slot and is refundable until we launch on August 1. Reservations close at launch. From launch through the end of August, you confirm your membership to lock in your founding status. When you confirm, your $49 goes toward your Welcome Kit and Activation Fee.
